We chose to offer only the sheet polymer solution. We believe this product offers the finest reproduction of image, with the least amount of printing issues. When we began in 2003, we installed the latest Dupont technology in the 52” X 80” size. We manufacture plates in the thickness range of .067 - .250 and offer multiple types of sheet material. Depending on the project, we tailor the plate material to the printing need.

Premounting

Proper staffing makes our mounting department, first class! We deliver speed, accuracy, and efficiency with every set of plates we handle. We have 6 optichecks that range in length from 84" to 120". We also have a variety of cylinder sizes that include 37.5", 50" and 66". This ensures that all jobs are mounted on the cylinder that is specified by the customer. Lastly, we have an optical register system that ensures exact registration for all multi-color projects. This device was custom built and will handle plates 130” wide and 75” through the press
