Focus Imaging Constantly Delivering Additional Value Added………

On the 28th of November, Four Independent Converters met in Kennesaw, GA to hopefully improve their efficiencies, throughput and to reduce waste.

This meeting was arranged and hosted by Focus Imaging of Kennesaw, GA. Mr. Don Dradge of CIRCLElution, Inc. was the speaker and presented the topic well. Don is a consultant working with the corrugated industry to promote and teach the concept of the “One Box Set Up”. Focus believes in continually delivering value added services to our clients and never becoming complacent. Owner, Tony Prozzi stated that “it is our responsibility to continually deliver new ideas, better practices and constant improvement to our clients, or we are no better than the next prepress house”.

Although the theory and practice of the “One Box Set Up” is years old, it is still a method of improving a converting facility. Through a tried and proven method of training, analyzing your equipment, zeroing the machines, proper ordering of tooling and constant communication, this methodology delivers all of the previously mentioned value. These four Focus Imaging Clients came away with a thorough understanding of the process and were on a mission to take this back to their management. As of this date, one of the participants has contacted Don for further training and is intent on bringing this value to their organization.
