Company Overview

Focus Imaging Group came to life on May 1, 2003 in Kennesaw, GA. It was created by Ron Moles, Tony Prozzi and Cass Parris. We three have been in the business for years, together having approximately 70 years of experience with three different companies. We have, therefore, seen this industry from three distinctly different viewpoints. We started Focus Imaging because, quite frankly, we wanted to offer something that we felt was not currently available in the manner that clients wanted. These missing ingredients were service and attitude! We are focusing our energy on three things in order to be successful. First of all, we will deliver the finest service and quality to our clients of any prepress house in the country. Secondly, we will treat all of our employees as the partners they truly are and involve them in the entire process. Lastly, we will respect our vendors and utilize the vast knowledge they bring to us in the way of new products, better ideas and innovation. These three key elements will make up our “partnership triangle” that will allow us to out perform our competitors.

We laid out the prepress and plate operation in Kennesaw, GA in a 13,000 square foot facility. The manufacturing environment is approximately 10,200 square feet of clean and safe work area for our employees. We currently have the most advanced plate making equipment, multiple image setters, the fastest front end workstations available and 6 mounting devices to include a flat video mounter for very tight allowances. All in all, we are very proud of our list of equipment, our capabilities and the service we offer.

We began making product in May of 2003 and serviced 5 converters with a team of 6 partners, as mentioned above. Since that time, we have continued to grow and strengthen our client base. After 28 months of operation, we have approximately 150 clients and a combined force of 38 partners to include the three owners. An important fact, with regard to these clients, is that over 24 of them award us 100% of their controllable spend as it relates to prepress and printing plates. We are very proud of this fact. Most importantly, we are very proud of employees. They are truly a team of dedicated professionals, that all take their jobs very seriously.
